Liver Cancer Awareness Month

HomeAwarenessLiver Cancer Awareness Month

October is a meaningful time for the global liver cancer community – it’s Liver Cancer Awareness Month.
At the International Liver Cancer Association (ILCA), we’re using this moment to amplify knowledge, spark conversations, and support earlier detection of liver cancer. Our goal is to make science accessible and actionable for everyone – from healthcare professionals to patients and caregivers.
Last year, ILCA Advocacy, led by Manon Allaire, curated a series of educational resources designed to inform and inspire. Throughout the month, you’d find:
  • Weekly e-newsletters that translate the Liver Cancer research into everyday language
  • “Did you know?” facts that highlight risks, early warning signs, and screening
  • Patient stories that bring real experience to the forefront of care conversations
Whether you’re a clinician, researcher, patient, or advocate, we invite you to follow us on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), ILCA e-Newsletter to now miss upcoming updates about Liver Cancer Awareness.
